For our January meeting we had a chair yoga session with Louise Leonard. I was too busy twisting round on my chair to remember to take any pictures.
Chair yoga is great for building strength and flexibility without needing to get up and down from the floor, you can also use a chair for support during standing poses if you’re unsure of your balance or to give a bit of support.
We also held a secret ballot to make our selections from this year’s list of resolutions – if you missed the meeting and would like to vote, you still can by emailing the MFWI secretary. More information is on MyWI, and your vote must be with MFW by 6 February.
