Our February meeting was a lovely, gentle exploration of poetry and life, led by Natalie. A poet herself – her book can be purchased from her website – she read a selection of her poems, talked about how she came to write them and introduced us to creating our own. Using boards and fridge poetry sets, we contemplated the magnetic words and letters available and made the phrases that came to mind, forming them into poems.

We also brought our favourite poems to the meeting to share.
