A new year! A new you! Or just a healthier gut!
In our January meeting we’ll be talking about all things healthy gut with Nutritional Therapist and NLP Health Coach Venetia Mitchell who will give us a presentation & discussion about ‘Building Mental and Physical Resilience with Age’. We’ll also be learning about the infamous ‘gut-brain axis’, and the latest science behind our gut microbiome and its link to mood and overall health. There will be tips and useful material to help us implement simple everyday changes to improve our health and mental wellbeing.
