The sun shone down on our cake stall at the Angel Canal Festival on 3 September: what perfect weather for it!

We had a wonderful range of cakes and cookies, with thanks to all the bakers, and something for most people with a selection of vegan and gluten-free offerings.

As this year’s WI resolution is Clean Rivers for People and Wildlife, we had information about rivers and preventing plastics pollution as well as more general WI leaflets; there was plenty of interest from visitors who didn’t know about us.
