In October we had an evening of baking.

Lesley organised a demonstration where she showed us how to make Madeleines and Lemon and Blueberry Teacakes. In true Blue Peter fashion she had prepared some earlier to pop in the oven while she took us through the process, so we also got to taste the finished product. Thank you to Lesley for all the hard work and preparation. 

 As always  it was an enjoyable evening with lively conversation and swapping of ideas.
